Kadir Has University

Kadir Has University was founded in Istanbul in 1997 and comprises five faculties and the Institute of Graduate Studies. Programs are taught in English, while Law programs are 30% English. International tuition for 2026–2027 is USD 20,000 per year for undergraduate, thesis master’s and doctoral programs, and USD 20,000 per program for non-thesis master’s programs. Undergraduate applicants submit a high-school diploma, transcript, passport and applicable language evidence; graduate applicants submit a CV, diploma, transcript and program-specific language evidence.
